Our mission is to make every single shopping experience of every user within physical stores unique and personalised.

How Tag&GO started

We started our journey at the beginning of 2020 with the aim of opening an autonomous store in Lugano, Switzerland.
From there, the idea developed, we did research, we studied the industry, and we realized there is a much bigger opportunity: the retail industry is starting a revolution.
After being static for decades, with innovations related more to management processes than to the consumer, the user experience is finally innovating and the market logic that governs the digital retail industry is being applied to the physical stores.
That’s why we decided to help retailers maximize the profits they will get from the Phygital Revolution and launch Tag&GO.

Time is the most valuable thing we have as human beings and therefore the biggest improvement in customer experience lies in saving time to people.
